Provident Fund Claim with Sanlam

I had 2 accounts with Sanlam, same company but different years. 2*** and 2***. Reason for that is that when i was re-employed it happened that my company number was changed. In April 2024 i did a withdrawal claim on both my accounts. I was told that I have a court order to my name and I managed to FastTrack the court order issue and send agreement letter from court I had to call Sanlam twice a week to get an update regarding my claim. Everytime I call, i would be told that i have a court order on my name, although I sent them all relevant documents from court. Everytime I have to explain myself and my story to every consultant who will be assisting me. One day i called asking to speak to the manager and I was denied that chance. The consultant promised to assist me and do the follow up regarding my case but nothing happened. They always promise to get back to me but none of them ever kept the promise. After two months of calling nonstop, they paid one claim and also paid the the person who had a court order against me. They paid as agreed in court Now when I'm doing a follow-up regarding my other claim, im being told that i have a divorce order on my name and i was never married before. I had to take that consultant step by step explaining what happened and where we are now. As always promised to FastTrack this process. When i call again after a week I'm being told that the claim was paid of which is not the one im enquiry about. Now it mark 6months going up and down with Sanlam to pay my claim.
