Provident Fund Claim from 3 Months ago NOT RESOLVED!!

Again, giving 1-star because there is no option for zero stars to rate this company, such a big corporation that preaches 'helping their clients live with confidence'.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the poor service I've been receiving. From Jan 2025 now I've been phoning, sending emails and on WhatsApp charts too trying to resolve my provident fund claim. I am always promised there's an escalation done over and over. To make matters worse last week I waited for an email to state what is being done after someone from Sanlam Client Care Centre contacted me because they saw my rating on here. The guy never called nor emailed me back as agreed. 3 months now and still no resolution on my claim. I am not sure why I have to fight so hard for MY MONEY, why they are keeping it is still a mystery to me. Full of promises but never deliver, what a ****py service from such a big company, they have no shame whatsoever!

RUN AWAY from Sanlam for your own sanity. Very unprofessional behaviour, disgusting at best. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM YOU! I do not know what email you are talking about. I searched my Junk mail and Inbox, nothing from you.

Please do better and be truthful.
