Provident fund claim

My claim was submitted by ex employer Foundever in august 2024 I have never received my money from Sanlam I made a call beginning of December doing follow up regarding provident fund payment they said I should sent banking details. I sent them they confirmed that they have received the banking details now telling me liaise with foundever ex employer to confirm that I don't owe the company foundever never received any communication from Sanlam and my self they keep going setlles with my claim that was submitted August 2024
