PROVIDENT FUND CLAIM

I just had a bad experience with one of the agent at Sanlam , when i ask them about the status of my claim he just told I must not call him and hang up the phone.It is so frustrating because I submit my claim at the 6th of this month they told me it is still sitting with their supervisor since the 18 of this month can anyone assist me. I am so disappointed at Sanlam benefit department the name of the Agent is Ebrahim and the supervisor is Valencia.
