Provident fund awaiting

Ive been out of work since 2nd october...put in my claim for my provident fuund on the 17th december....still waiting on my money ive fned them 100 times all i get is promises and a R27.80 on the 20th of december been in the fund 10years their service stinks...now they told me to wait they will give my money but they cant tell when...spoke to Zaneles manager who promised that he will let zanele phone me back the next day its the 3rd week no call back his surname is Heron or something...
