Provident fund
I was dismissed by Altron Bytes Peoples Solutions on the 20th of October 2020 where by i was promised by Sanlam coprorate to receive my provident fund after 6 weeks. After 6 weeks there were no funds in my account and i made a follow up with Sanlam. The lady by the name of Ayanda Ndlovu explained that funds were freezed due to system administration and she assured that they will be released as from the 15th of december. On the 18 i made another follow up with her and again on the 21st but i am not receiving any feedback. The service i am receiving is pathetic and i'm requesting hellopeter to intervene.
