I am very disappointed at Sanlam as I have not been receiving any proper feedback in regarding my claim . I was working for a company resigned 31 August 2024 . The company processed my claim for provident fund but I still heard nothing from Sanlam . I asked for a call back no one called and when ever I go on their web chat the agent doesnt give me solid information . I want my money
