Provident claim not paid out

We claimed in May and as we wait for the provident to pay up they keep on sending documents for me to sign and stamp and sometime last month they requested my latest bank statement saying they are paying out…to date the payment hasn’t been done and i was told that the turnaround time was 60 days!
