PROMISED LIES NOW IT'S TIME TO DELIVER AND THERE ARE T's AND C's

I took out a policy in February 2017 and after sometime i heard on the ad that they give you back your premiums after 4 years and also confirmed with the guy i think his name was Tshepo that was assisting me at the time if i do have cash back on my policy and he said yes and 4 years later i call to query the cash back and i am now told that for me to qualify i was supposed to pay an additional amount to my premium which i was never told about so i am not happy with this because i have 2 policies for 4 years and have never claimed why are we sold dreams why can't people or sales consultants be honest??????????
