Prolonging claims
I am very irritated with Sanlam as I have sent in my claim for a divorce settlement and was told on the 21st of September that it would take 30 days as yes that is the time frame. I call back today for feed back on my claim and all I could be answered was it was received but now I am told it takes up to 6 months. Firstly I could not be given any feed back on has it already be put in line to be processed or what has been done yet. To my knowledge it takes up to 30 days for these claim so where does 6 months come from now and why can I not been given any feed
Their agents are as rude as you can get
