Guys,lm a foreign nationality living and working in Siuth Africa,Sanlam has and is still my investment company,but what lve recently experienced with them it gives me chill if l will evee get my investments or not,l. Stressed and hopeless,sent from one pillar to other,they cant create a profile for but we've been contributing every month for the past 6 years now,this all started when l had to claim my 2 Pot System's 10%,for the whole month l haven't heard from,since they said they were going consult with their IT team,and the other lady said she was consulting with their Contribution Fund Department,no response on my email no email and it takes not less an hour to respond a call,any without getting any help,lm hopeless,disappointment and frustrated by this whole.
