The issue between me and Sanlam is taking a toll on daily life,stress and frustration is too much on me,its been a month already nobody from Sanlam has gave me a solid reason why they cannot create a profile for me,or maybe they do not offer services to foreigners living and working in South Africa,if that's the case why did they happily receive my funds from Alexander Forbes,and yet still receiving my contributions on monthly basis when they cannot offer their services to me,if they're now to help me with Two Pot System,what will be the worst to happen if ever l decide to back to my country,had l lost my investment? I just need answers,no feedback from everybody l've spoken with,no calls no email responses from Mamopedi,nothing,what is happening Sanlam l need answers please.
