Profident fund and funeral claim

Good day Am Evelyn Pietersen I worked for KFC Trande On for 9years and resign on May 2024, however we had a profident fund with sanlam which is I only received R19000 from sanlam but a person who also resign with years got R2000 and she was an team member while I was a Assistant manager when I called sanlam and try to find out why my money was so little they put me through other person and said they will get back to me or I should write an email which I did but never heard from them, And the other thing is that I also had a funeral claim and put the claim in and on received R15000 which is the person that passed aways was not natural death but they never double the claim money and they also said they will get back to me and I did the claim 2022 and only received the money in 2024

All I want from sanlam is to pay my profident fund money because I work for it and the funaral claim money please
