PROCEDURE TO CLAIM MY INVESTMENT MADE DIFFICULT

Hi, i have been investing my money with Sanlam and now i want to claim back the money. The phone numbers on my Statement rings *** and im told the number is wrong try this one *** the other one they say they have moved and i must try the ***.<br> Now why Sanlam sends me a Statement with Contact numbers that do not exists really confuses me more then finally when i get through the number its just rings and has a voicemail. That i must go online for quicker assistance, which i did fill in the forms shown there but no response. All i want is to claim back my money i want to pay the School fees not them responding with a Statement everytime they respond. Now its the 2nd month that i have been stopping the Debit because no one is helping me at Sanlam Investment? ? ?
