Premiums refund

I canceled my policy with assupol since the 15th August on the 17th August received a confirmation email regarding my cancelation and I was told that my premiums will be refunded thereafter once they have debit for the month of August which was the last day of the month, I haven't nothing from assupol ever since no premiums have been refunded my emails are not answered.
