Premiums not going off

Since Theo Agenbag and his office became involved with my policies I have not had a full deduction for my products and I am worried that my life insurance and credit rating will have been compromised as a result.

Theo Agenbag was to change my life cover policy as well as the debit orders for all my products to be the 28th of every month.

Please urgently investigate and confirm via email to ********** that all my products are up to date. Please kindly note that I am extremely unsatisfied with the service received by this agent and would like for this to reflect against his profile.
