Premiums not allocated.

Hello Peter. I am back again with Safrican. After long discussion, emails and endless telephone calls, nothing has been done to reinstate and pay all the monies that were paid to them. On the 10th of November R200.00 was paid and receipts send to them. Soon after that we were told that the R200.00 was never received, we then send proof, still nothing happened until an email was send to them. They then responded by saying the R200.00 was received but had not been allocated accordingly because they didn't know which policy the money was supposed to be paid to. We then again had to email the receipt I have been dealing with the following consultants: Palesa Tshabalala Lawrence Mmutle Andrew Gabuza. Is this day light Robert??? This is a pensioners policy, what happens if she were to pasd on abruptly, are we going to be told that the policy lapsed therefore no sum assured will be paid? What is going on with our black folks? Nobody calls or sends us any feedback until we start asking g questions. I wish thier superiors reads these and responds accordingly.
