Premium Jumped by almost 50%

<p>I have a premium with Sanlam icover which was always R186.00 and for some odd reason without any warning the premium is now R299.00. I have been trying to contact their call centre on ***to no avail as the number just tells you of technical errors and no alternative number of form of contact is given to us. I also tried to contact Sanlam life hoping that there would be some sort of assistance little did I know that I was wasting my time. Can someone please explain to me why my premium is so high ASAP as this is just not acceptable. Annual increases are normally 10% and not 50%,</p>
