Premium deduction without authority
Thank you SANLAM LOANS for making my life difficult. My salary date is the 27th of each month. My December salary is scheduled for payment on 18/12/2020 but SANLAM thinks its right to deduct the only money in my bank account without authority. I pay all my premiums and never skiped one but in return SANLAM deduct premium without authority left me with no money for life expenditure till I receive my salary. Is this fair SANLAM. What would you have done if you were in my shoes. Should I report you the the Ombud or FAIS Ombut? Please let me know?

15 Dec 2020, 18:58I do not believe that Sanlam personal loans take this complaint seriously. I am now without money because Sanlam is greedy by deducting the loan premium way before deduction date. This is in contradiction to my contact. They have millions. Why is my R3200 so urgent that they could not wait till payday or at least when my salary is paid into my bank account. Fact is that they took what was not their's to take and now I have to suffer from it. Nobody from Sanlam respond to my complaint. I wonder how would the CEO respond to this if he knew of this type of unfair behavior of his company? Regards Hannes
