Premium

I am well aware that there was some challenges with my account and that the premium has been reversed on more than 2 occasions. I want confirmation on how many payments towards the premium was received. My monthly premium is R353.00, and R706.00 was debited due to premiums that did not go off. Am i not on par with the outstanding premiums. Why was an amount of R706.00, still debited off my account. Please provide a full outline of premiums paid. I called your call centre and was advised to hold the line to connected to the correct department. I could not hold on for that long. Your self help service does not offer much as well as the online portal. Please provide feedback through email. I am not available to take calls.
