Safrican has empty promises.they keep on taking money from my payslip from 2018 up until April 2022 when I realize that they making a mistake of taking twice the money that I covered my mom with.ive been incontanct with them via fone calls and numerous emails. I even go to Facebook to complain.also I came to your office but you told me the lady whose suppose to help is offsick..what you do is to promise that the matter will be resolved but up until now they did not.i just want my premiums that they've been taking unaware.they can't debit twice for 1 person with the same cover without realizing the mistake. Safrican doesn't have customer care.even when I do claim in 2020 I had to runaround before they paid up.
