Popia-act infringement

I am un unfortunate culprit of an Retirement annuity with Sanlam. however I have a big problem with their popia act compliance , I have called 10 times , everytime I reported that I do not want marketting messages about loans and every single time they will persist to send me an sms (done 5 times) with marketting information, I have also contacted my Bluestar advisor that is getting paid to assist with these things but they are not successfull either.

The sms comes with a STOP prompt that supposedly closed future communication, however that is just as useless as Bluestar, and their call center.

this is verry worrying for the future of my investments with this company.
