Poorest service ever,am done with assupol

My mom passed away on the 19th of January 2024,she was still on waiting period but the death certificate came saying unnatural death so they said it's fine they will make claim,they called me to inform me that they want posmoterm report,I did submit the report after a week the call me to inform me that they won't pay the claim as the course of death is natural, am done with assupol
