POOR SERVICES AND EMPTY PROMISES

I have submitted a cashback claim form to assupol and the service from claims department it's so POOR that I have been promised that the funds will be available the next day and nothing is happening they indicated that if I would like to speak to a compliance officer his available and i requested to be transferred to his office line I was transferred and the massage received is that the office it is closed at 9:00 a.m. in the morning the services its so poor.
