Poor service to handle application of fund

Very poor . I send all my Dr Reviews they need to pay out me Policy. My work Board me according to Psychiatrist report . At this moment I am on Pension. After all my documents Sanlam refuse to pay out my policy because they need more documentation from Psychiatrist I must make appointment with Psychiatrist And have to pay for the appointment. But all the information is on the reports from Psychiatrist. Are Sanlam playing for time. They quick to sell policy to you but when they must pay you your money the they got prolems. They want to humilate me or bully me to go through to make appointment with Psychiarist again after they got all the information. All the information they need is on my medical reports from Pshychiatrist do the got a problem to read the documentation they already have
