Poor service, poor experience - Listen to the public and RUN from Safrican

Safrican has a horrible reputation with the public, and much to my disappointment I'm NOT having a different experience with them.

1. They claim to have a client services department but when you select "1" as instructed to go through to client services department it says you "have made an invalidation selection." - This is obviously a ploy to ignore calls from customers.

2. This is a FINANCIAL SERVICES PROVIDER but the manner in which this institution conducts itself is questionable.

Your business is GRIEVING families!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will make it a personal mission to ensure that I do not recommend Safrican to anyone I know, or can possibly get to listen.

Your money is better off with an established bank. RUN hard and fast away from independent brokers like these.
