Poor service from Sanlam life

I am extremely unhappy with level of service we are rendered when it comes to withdrawal claims on tax free savings. No specific turn around time, the waiting time is extremely long and unacceptable. These are funds we need during rainy days. Why do you take long to process them?? Can't you employ more efficient systems or personel to deal with this? Such a big company should do better. I need to hear a voice.
