Poor service from Safrican

I joined safrican policy in 2015.I forwarded my claim on the 13 April 2023 but they did not pay again on the 25th April 2023 I went there personally, they told me the have done the claim but until to day i did not receive my funds. I have been sent from pillar to post. There is no clear direction about my claim, although I have submitted the relevant documents. Everytime that I'm making a follow-up, I am asked to send the very same documents
