Poor service

Am very disappointed and annoyed with the service am receiving from sanlam inde which makes me even wonder if it's ligit or should anything happen to me or my family I will receive the service am promised together with the wealth bonus am building I always have to send emails for the to debit my account they take their own time to even respond so am tired of this and no one seems to help me hence they don't have contact number were I can call direct except that online chat thing which is not of any benefit
