Poor service

I am really disappointed with the service I receive from Reuben Mako, I submitted my documents last week Tuesday and they were forwarded to him for his attention.

I sent him an email just to find out about the progress of the application and to know how long will the process take but still I have not receive any response.

I got his direct numbers via call center *** but its just ringing. the only thing I need is the progress and to know time line on how long this will take.
