Poor Service Ever with Sanlam Retirement Funds
I had a Retirement Annuity Policy with Sanlam ( ***X8 ) but based on the Poor service that i have been getting,i have decided to Change my Funds with them.Paid us letter was sent to them in March for the transfer to happen but till today nothing has been done BUT TO KEEP ON DEDUCTING FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!!
One does not get any feedback if you send emails and if you decide to call,you will hold Till Jesus Comes Back & if you are lucky and get through,your call will be dropped!!!!!! I Regret why do i even have Funeral policy with them Also!!!!!
