Poor service
Wow! I couldn't believe it when my daughter told me that she struggled with her claim. My daughter sent a claim on my behalf last week Wednesday or Tuesday, I can't remember very well. Why do we have to always complain whenever one must put in a claim. What a ******* service!!!! :(
