Poor service

I called Assupol 2weeks back, for payment confirmation, spoke to an agent, she said I must sent her an email as proof, I did just that but she never got back to me. Today I spoke to another agent who asked me to send proof which I sent, he never respond and I called him again asking him to please confirm if he got the email, he said he was on another call but he will respond to my email. He never asked for my details for incase if maybe he didn't get the email. It's very frustrating that I use my airtime to call and no body cares. I have never received such a very bad service with other insurance companies. Your TV ads are deceiving us clearly
