Poor service and customer support

The service from Sanlam is horrible even the financial advisers am not too sure if they honestly know what they are doing. I opted for RA, i felt like the money am putting is little and i wanted to increase the amount. As i requested call backs and phones are being transferred to one person and the other. i gave up and left the amount is it. I don't want to continue with this policy because i do not feel valued as a customer. i wish i checked hello peter reviews before opening an RA with them, am definitely moving it elsewhere.
