Poor service and acting without your permission at Sanlam Reality

I went to the gym with my husband last Saturday to find out that Sanlam Reality cancelled the membership at the gym - without warning me or my husband.

So I called on Monday to hear that they didn't cancel it but they will investigate. No response.

Then today (Wednesday) my husband went to the gym again and found out again that his membership is still cancelled by sanlam reality.

I can't find answers. Calls is being logged but nobody call back with answers.

I still can't understand how they can cancel your membership without consulting you first.
