Poor service
I app**** on the 9th of September to have my tax free savings policy canceled they promised me that by the 22 everything will be finalised. On the 19 i got an email saying i needed to resubmit the form and manually sign it (and not use esignature)because of an audit trail and that payment was finalised. To my surprise I got another email saying my claim will be finalised by the 2nd of October ***.
