Poor service

Sanlam how long must I wait for the payment? it has been over two weeks now and when I always try to get answers I am always been referred to different people... It was first an issue of banking details and I did rectify the banking details I was told to wait for 72 hours and now it has passed... The best way is to complain at PFA because I am not getting the help I am looking for
