Poor service

I am so dissapointed with Safrican Insurance, full 2weeks no luck on my claim after submitting all required documents and they did validation, I have to be one nagging them with progress of the claim, mind you I used my salary to help with funeral costs now I am left broke with debts.

The thought of imagining that my whole family is covered with you makes me think twice,if you are doing this on my 1st claim with you.
