Poor service
I am also not comfortable with this company. They add R300 interest if your policy is a month in arrears. Several years ago my dad passed on , and at that stage it was just before the six months waiting period expired. Wasn't they suppose to pay out the premiums paid ?. Some brokers just want to sell the product and do not explain the full contract with you. After 5 or more years then they tell you that you do.not qualify for the cash back bonus because you did not mentioned it in the contract

Also be reminded that when a claim falls within the 6 month waiting period for natural deaths, the premiums paid on the policy cannot be refunded as cover was still held for death due to accidental caused.
