Poor service

I'm applauded by the service I received from Sanlam pension fund no communication from them, I recently when through a divorced my ex husband filed for divorce I was made aware by the court that I can claim for my half of my husband pension interest I send all the documentation last month on the 05th of March after being requested documents back and forth, I received an email on the 18th of March that I will receive feedback within 10 days that the documents will be assessed interms if legislative requirements and feedback will be given with 10 days after once the legal assessment has been completed, to date I have not received any feedback any feedback when I contact they call centre the consultants give you different information and when I send any email to them you only receive a automated response only.....please assist with the way forward, I was not the one who initiated the Divorce but my ex husband and the court gave me this information that I can claim on his pension fund as we were married in community of property
