Poor service

I'm very disappointed with the service that my mother is getting at Assupol life, my mother submitted a funeral claim on the 2 of August when my grandmother passed and the claim hasn't been paid, they are sending her from pillar to post she has submitted all the required documents Notice of death , I'd of the deceased and the death certificate and yet still they haven't paid, today at Maponya Mall they went as far as to request letter of Authority or letter of executor from when do you cover a person as a beneficiary on your policy and be requested to submit this document . It very disappointing my mother trusted them hence she joined them and that money was supposed to help bury our loved one, it's a full month still no pay out and they still debited but they are not paying *** I'd no ***
