Poor Service

Disappointing to deal with with safrican after losing my father. We been paying a cover with an added benefit to transport him. We sent 3 different quotes from undertakers and none of them were paid. Cheapest qoute was for R7500 and safrican offered to pay R5621 because kms from JHB to Mount Frere are 803km. But they not considering toll gates, when i asked them about toll gates they said they dont cover those. How because those are part of the traveling expenses. On top of that they paid R8000 to one of out society (Masigodusane) member to transport the deceased to Mount Frere. Why are they giving me a hard time, i don't know. I then referred the matter to Andrew Gabuza, being a the mngr but he did not bother to respond. I will still escalate this to radio. I am not happy with the service received. There is no consistency, FAIRNESS whatsoever.
