Poor service

I made a request to withdraw funds from my tax free investment, send all documents needed on the 28th August my request was received on Monday 31st August by the 9th September I haven't received my funds. But they say the money is released. I'm not happy with the time you take to release our funds, and after that I still have to wait for the money to clear in my account. I can't wait ten days for my funds to be released ,48hours it's enough to process it's not like I'm withdrawing a million rands.
