Poor service

I just came back now from the Soweto maponya mall branch and I'm told my mother will be paid tomorrow for the claim of our late grandmother and that assupol is busy doing investigation. It's about high time assupol take your work serious because I don't understand investing for what while we submitted death certificate and you can check with home affairs. With such kind of service I wouldn't recommend assupol to anyone honestly because clearly you don't abide by the mandate. Every month your good and in time to take debit order but hardly cannot pay us full amount of the policy cover instead you pay half and I'm told the other you busy doing investigation what kind of disrespect is this.
