Poor service

Been awaiting provident fund and did not receive it was then referred by the company I worked for previously to a man named ian who would help me I had been told he needed my tax number which I had provided already .He then kept saying his waiting for this person to release the payment and not actually letting me know what's the hold up after trying multiple times trying to get hold of him he then answered the phone Friday morning and said no no he will call and let me know when I'll receive the payment before the end of the day phoned about ten times after that because the day was almost over and it is going to be the weekend and then I won't be able to know what's happening and SANLAM closed at 4 and from half 3 to 4 I was calling and he did not call and let me know as he promised. IAN was so unbothered by everything and lying and saying his going to check things to see and he didn't call back
