Poor service

Assupol has given me poor service. I will not advise anyone to use them. I have given them my personal details when I took out funeral cover and they never sent me documentation. All they did was deduct monthly premiums for more than 6 months. Only when I phoned then they gave me my policy documents which were wrong. They also covered some woman I don't even know. I have cancelled my policy with Assupol but to date they are still deducting. I was told that after completing cancellation forms and submitting my ID Copies the deductions will not go through but to no avail. I now have to go to the bank and cancel this. Assupol has given me nothing but poor service.
