Poor service

My granny paid assupol for years and it's said now she's gone and we the 1s going up and down submitting just a r8000 claim.

My granny passed on the 9th of November and we submitted our claim same week. We married my granny on the 23 of November. We haven't received our pay out. My mom has been going to assupol offices in Queenstown almost everyday. The lady there's always sends an email and only today on the 3rd of December she said she will receive the only tomorrow. I will update if we received it or not.
