poor service

Their customer service is very bad. I sent them emails four weeks ago and they never responded, the only thing that I received was their automatic response that shows that my email was indeed received. I also had to call them numerous times and all they said was that my email was only being escalated for assistance. it's been a week still waiting for a response from them with no luck.
