Poor Poor Sanlam Service

Paid and settled loan - still deducted payment. Committed 10 days to refund - now a month later and still not refunded. Logged a complain online with Sanlam and noted they will investigate. Week later no feedback still. Sanlam can take your money but cannot pay you back when they need to.. Poor service - Attempted to phone No joy --- Call Centre not functional at all. I will not deal with Sanlam ever.
