Poor feedback

Hi all I have endless issues with Sanlam for payment of my provident fund they sent you emails telling you everything is finalized but still no payment when you watts up or call always offline and they never come back to you after hours of struggling with them the agent of head office tells you I must check next week again I have never ever struggled with any other firm in my life good luck guys
